Therapeutic efficacy of the combination of two surgical procedures with tamsulosin in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia complicated with bladder stones

Purpose: To compare the efficacies of two surgical methods combined with tamsulosin in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) complicated bladder stones.
 Methods: A total 86 patients BPH stones and admitted to The People’s Hospital Dingzhou, Hebei, from October 2021 2022 were selected as subjects. equally divided into groups B (n = 43). Patients group treated transurethral vaporization electro-resection prostate (TURP) + percutaneous nephroscopic lithotripsy (PCNL), while TURP holmium laser (HLL). Baseline clinical information, curative effect, surgery-related indicators, symptoms, recurrence compared between patients.
 Results: At 4 weeks post-surgery, Qmax was significantly higher than A, IPSS score, RUV, volume lower (p ˂ 0.05). levels physiological state, psychological social functionality level subjective judgment incidence complications 11.63 %, a rate 6.98 corresponding values for 13.95 4.65 respectively > 0.05).
 Conclusion: effect HLL surgery on is better that PCNL surgery. former also reduces symptoms improving quality life patients.
